Who is Genius PAL designed for?
It is designed for executive coaches, leadership advisors, founders, CEOs, and transformation programs that want a structured coaching rhythm instead of scattered notes and inconsistent check-ins.
Do coaches and clients use the same login page?
After activation, coaches and clients use the same secure login page and are routed to the correct workspace automatically. New clients first create their account from the private link in their invitation email.
Can users create an account from the website?
Client accounts are invitation-only. A coach sends a private activation link that opens a dedicated setup page where the client confirms their details and creates a password.
What happens during client onboarding?
Clients set a 90-day Big Goal, optionally add career context during their first onboarding, and rate five statements for each of eleven dials. GPAL calculates Dial 12 and prepares an Executive Brief. Every 90 days, a shorter onboarding renews the goal and baseline.
How often can recurring assessments run?
Coaches can assign weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring assessments with reminder timing and timezone controls for each client.
Is the platform private?
Yes. The beta experience is invite-only, with separate coach and client roles, server-side data handling, and role-aware access to assessments and dashboards.
